Gnome44已经不支持第三方主题啦，这个只是一个破解的方法而已，把主题写入gtk4.0的配置文件里强制所有gtk4软件使用指定主题所以会破坏原生系统的暗黑主题切换，目前暂时无解，以后会考虑将主题移植到libadwaita的lib文件里替换掉原生主题应该就可以支持暗黑主题的切换啦

自由切换主题的话目前依然无解，除非有人制作第三方的软件去切换，官方的gnome-tweaks只支持gtk3软件切换主题
