I googled around a bit and it looks like the issue here is that Polari now uses GTK4, and if you're an Arch Linux user, I assume that you're using the new GTK4 version of Polari. This theme will have to add support for GTK4 before Polari will look different.
Edit: Guess I have no idea what I'm talking about. This theme appears to already have support for GTK4, but maybe the issue is still related to GTK4 somehow.
