I have the same problem. I've disabled this plugin for eruby for now...

It fixed itself for me.
Unfortunately, no idea what I did other than save my .vimrc and a list of my plugins. rm -rf ~/.vim and installed pathogen and reinstalled all of my plugins ~/.vim/bundle using git clone

Deletion = from <%= form_for ... %> is deprecated in rails 3.0.3.
