I tested the atom feed you provided on my 2800.1 and 2.6.0 release and link appears ok.

Can you provide more info on this issue ? (for example the post ID you see with broken links).

In tag:intertwingly.net,2004:3276 looking at the raw xml it has a link of /blog/2012/01/17/The-Presidents-challenge which should (when resolved) point to http://intertwingly.net/blog/2012/01/17/The-Presidents-challenge but instead points to file:///blog/2012/01/17/The-Presidents-challenge.
Let me know if there is any other data I can provide that would be useful.

The issue is related to the ATOM feed structure (xml issue) not the article content.

I plan to fix this issue on few days.

Funny coincidence : precisely on the same site, I read :

Atom 1.0 specifies use of the XML's built-in xml:base attribute for allowing the use of relative references.

Its feed uses relative references, but does'nt provide an xml:base value ;-)
There isn't even an <link rel="alternate" type="text/html"element...
If anyone has an idea of an heuristics, feel free to have a look at RichXMLParser.m, lines 811 to 817...
