就因为 shift 有问题 transit 才换成两下 capslock 但结果更坑，我去哭一会儿。

shift 的辅助确实存在一点 bug，我找到的原因是之前的代码没有针对动态生成（比如通过 ajax）的 DOM 元素绑定相关的事件处理函数。 我在新的版本里改为通过事件委托绑定事件，应该是可以修复这个 bug，我的测试页面就是 google 搜索的结果页面。@pumpinger 如果你还有其他出现问题的页面可以发给我，我看下还有没有其他的问题。

新版本0.8.15晚些时间就可以更新了。
