Doc not mentioning environment variables about commerce

When trying to run this locally

Error: The environment variable BIGCOMMERCE_STOREFRONT_API_URL is missing and it's required to access your store

The needed environment variables are not mentioned anywhere in README.md. Please update.

you can use in local development vercel env pull .env.local it pulls all the right settings to your local env

Can you explain how you did it? I installed vercel with yarn and tried the command that @FredvanRijswijk mentioned but no success.

I second that there should be documentation.

You deploy it on vercel. Then download vercel cli, make a link, and you will be able to pull the env file. True, there's documentation on vercel cli which should be consulted.
