I got the same issue, the cAvisor DockerHub says "DEPRECATED: New images will NOT be pushed. Please use gcr.io/cadvisor/cadvisor instead."
Updating the docker-stack.yml to use gcr.io/cadvisor/cadvisor fixed the issue.

@gh0sthx I push gcr.io/cadvisor/cadvisor to https://hub.docker.com/r/zhangnew/cadvisor
you can use docker pull zhangnew/cadvisor
from prometheus.
