Curassow driver for Vapor about vapor

The server looks great. I think our next steps there are figuring out how to test our 3rd party servers. We need some way of "approving" them.

Also where does this put us in terms of Nest compatibility?

@tannernelson In terms of nest compatibility, we're not quite there, that wasn't exactly the goal of the server lib.

I think I would prefer to see nest compatibility in a separate library w/o the Curassow dependency.

Our response now definitely conforms to ResponseType, but we haven't yet setup the request to conform to RequestType. I can't imagine it'd be too difficult.
