In it's current state - I'd say no. The repo hasn't been updated since Halium-7.1 (which was the latest version at the time)
I haven't followed the Halium project much lately, so it's hard for me to say how much has changed, and how much work would be required to update the repo to support running on modern Halium

Overall, this repo is basically just a collection of PKGBUILDs for Halium-related packages. The PKGBUILDs themselves should probably still build, but getting them to work is a question mark. You are free to poke around though

I'm unsure if this project will ever be updated by me, or anybody else for that matter. No promises here
Although it's been pretty fun to run native xterm on a Nexus 5x
