There are two known issues:

• Device mode in Chrome, selecting iPhone 6 will break all web components (Detected as Safari 9 -> es5)
• Home screen on iOS. User agent is Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 10_3_2 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/603.2.4 (KHTML, like Gecko) Mobile/14F89, which has no browser info and FW8 falls back to es5: https://github.com/vaadin/framework/blob/master/shared/src/main/java/com/vaadin/shared/VBrowserDetails.java#L613

To deal with these problems, we should inject a small <script> for checking if es6 is available (only needs to be injected when using es5). If es5 is used but es6 is supported, we need to load custom-elements-es5-adapter.js before loading anything else.
