Make sure that the lists in savedSurveysList & remoteSurveysList are generally displayed in the same order, and that order makes sense. Something like A-Z

Steps to repro:

1. Go to multiple choice question with user comments
2. Add some user comments
3. Select an answer
4. See crash

Multiple Text Fields

1. Go to a question with mutltiple text fields (e.g. address)
2. Type in answer for first field
3. Bug 1: Expect there to be a 'Next' button on keyboard
4. Tap on the next text field
5. See that keyboard is brought down
6. Need to click again on the next field to bring keyboard back up

Single Text Field

1. Go to a question with a single text field (e.g. name, number, multiple choice)
2. Type in answer
3. Expect to be able to submit the question directly from keyboard buttons, without dismissing keyboard

Hardware keyboard

'Enter' should submit form
'Tab' should go to next field

Fix these warnings when running mocha:

Warning: React.createElement: type should not be null, undefined, boolean, or number. It should be a string (for DOM elements) or a ReactClass (for composite components).

Steps:

1. Click on 'other'
2. Enter text for other
3. Click on another option
4. Click back on 'other'
5. See other text gone. Expect previous text to be there.

Use $VERSION_NUMBER instead of "1.0" hardcoded in send_response API call
