Hi,
It seems that this is a problem with the torchvision version. But your environment looks correct.
There is a issue on the pytorch repo regarding this error message: pytorch/vision#1405
Maybe you can find there a solution.
Else, I would try to install pytorch via pip. It should work if you follow the instructions in our readme.

I have tried it following your instructions in the readme, but when I execute bash develop.sh to install the SparseConv Net, I get the following error:

Have tried the solutions posted on the SparseConv repo regarding this error message? facebookresearch/SparseConvNet#162
You have mentioned before that the sparse classification learning is working for you. How did you install the SparseConv previously?

In the previous case i just install python 3.7 and then

- conda install -c anaconda pytorch=1.4
- conda install -c anaconda pillow

and then when I run bash develop.sh it works
