It's from the responses from the sign up google form to get access to slack. We are about (or just did) change the form, so moving forward, new entries will come from there.

Are there scripts to automate extraction of data? An easy avenue would be to have it populate a Google Sheet, and then have someone / some job run at some regular timepoint to update data that renders to the site. I assume that most of the data will be private, but the anonymous metrics (number of people) we could possibly share?

There arent any scripts, yet, but I dont see any reason there couldn't be. You're right we can't share most of the data, but the count should be ok.
