Hi! Regarding the aspect ratio, I think it could be related to the 4:3 / 16:9 image generated by the camera and the way HA renders it. Unfortunately Imou does not allow to request a specific image ratio or size, they just return a picture and this is it. We can think of doing a post processing of the image before passing it to HA but could be costly in terms of computational resources so I'd not go there unless it is a big problem.
Regarding the video stream issue, I could not find any error in the logs you shared. I wonder if it is consistent (never loads) or intermittent. If the latter one may be because of the Imou APIs are not always that reliable and sometimes generate timeouts. Also wonder if the problem persists after you reload the integration for that specific camera (which in the background force Imou to re-open the stream. Thanks!
