I am highly doubtful stats will take on another course of this nature given
they are now running *STA288H1: Statistics and Scientific Inquiry in the
Life Sciences *which includes a coding part too and is conjunction with
Human Biology dept. We should probably still ask because who knows, but
worth going in with all of this in mind.

This is not of immediate concern.
If computer science is not interested, and EEB still wants it to be
cross-appointed if it turns in to a full course, I think we should involve
Stats or SciNet, which EEB already have connections with. I have heard good
things of SciNet, at least from the one student I know who has tried their
course offerings =)—

I followed up with him once, but he didn't get back to me. Anyways, I don't think this is the most important at the moment, so I will be closing this for now. We can reconnect when we have more info from the fall pilot.
