• Also check what is necessary to install for #50. Miktexh and which R-packages exactly?

Update 2017-09-08 after speaking to FAS in person:

• They will make sure that we can install rmarkdown and tidyverse in Carr Hall by Thursday (these already work in RW).
• Persistent installation of these R packages should be completed by the end of next week.
• Miktex and nano will be looked at after that.
• The login for the NetSupport tutor console is 'tutorpassword'.
• We cannot make any persistent changes to application settings in RStudio. (Not sure why they don't just store user settings in a directory on a central server...or at least locally so they can pick the same computer each time)
