Init scripts ? about pm2

I updated the script to reflect the latest changes of PM2.
Tried on Ubuntu server everything is okay ;)

Be sure to update pm2 to the latest version :

npm install pm2@latest -g

Tried it on Ubuntu 12.04 and it seems to work.

I did notice that every time a command is issued, pm2 was getting executed by NPM2=$NODE $PM2 so it was printing the command list before stopping/starting.

The useless variable was removed, the init script works well on Debian + Ubuntu.
Now I should make it compatible with Arch and CentOS
