Hello,

Thanks for this feedback.

As Nodejs app can be easily restarted, what do you think about adding a Cron feature to automatically restart the app ?

Yay, I implemented it and added some tests,

Can you please try the -c option (https://github.com/Unitech/pm2#pm2-cron-restart) by installing the pm2 from github ?

npm install git://github.com/Unitech/pm2.git -g

And tell me if it works well for you ? Thanks :)

Thanks pal. I tried it and it seemed to be working so far.

What I originally was thinking though, is if pm2 can check the status of a specified node process at some interval against a given pattern (using <1G memory and/or 100 cpu time, etc) and if not, restart the process. I think the current model should work in most cases though.

PM2 will be delegated to a R&D cabinet, maybe we will implement these kind of feature ;)
