Optimize Site Performance about eternaljukebox

I'll do a bit more of a write up when I get home, but the sum of the issues basically boils down to the site right now being a bit of spaghetti code; even worse is it's not even my spaghetti code.

There are certainly smaller tweaks here and there that I can do easily (the image optimisations for one), but the larger issues may take more time, as I need rework more of the elements. Thanks for the report though! Hopefully I can make the site just that bit speedier

I had a look through, and I've done what I can, but there are a few things that have somewhat interfered with getting to 100%

1. CloudFlare overrides any caching I do. I've done some checking, but nothing I can do on my end which leaves us with an "E" for expiry headers and the like.
2. As I said before, the current code is a bit of an unknown beast to me (On top of that, I don't know too much in the way of HTML/JS/CSS, so rewriting is gonna take some time). Things like eliminating JS before rendering and the like are slightly outside of my current capacity to add to the site.
3. The retro page is likely not going to be updated unless I need to. It's there for people that prefer the older theme (And, by extension, a slower speed!), and I'm trying to touch as little as I can where possible. On top of that, see 2. Maybe I'll put up a disclaimer or something pretty.

Anywho, I think this is as "resolved" as I can get it, but I'll leave it open for now. The changes are live in 2fcbe72 (And will be on the site once I manage to fix everything)

For CloudFlare, go to the caching section in their control panel, you can set it there

I've done that (And it seems to work for the most part, for what it's worth, also doesn't help that CloudFlare overrides some caching headers), but it still reports as not leveraging it properly. Oh well, I feel like .7s is a fast enough load speed for the most part :P

Dunno if there's much more that I can do at this point, really. More than open to suggestions, though

Well the only things I can think of are inlining (if small) or merging CSS/JS if possible and adding a service worker/making it a PWA to allow most of the UI and stuff to be storied offline which would drastically speed up loads for returning users and allow installing like an app on phones and computers. Otherwise, I got nothing.

Alright. As I mentioned before, I'm hesitant to meddle too much since this is far from my area of expertise, but I'll certainly have a look and see what I can do, if anything. For now, I'll close this, but if anything comes up feel free to reopen/open a new issue. Thanks for the suggestions, once again.
