This is from your WP-AppKit app edition panel on WordPress side, right?
You certainly have other plugins activated for the app.
Can you please give us the plugin list from PhoneGap Build app (can be found at something like "https://build.phonegap.com/apps/[you-phonegap-app-id]/plugins") ?
