You would download https://github.com/xmrig/xmrig-proxy, then you should modify config.json to the settings you want. In the "bind" section you choose change it to whatever port you want the miners to connect to the proxy to, and in the "pools" section you change it to the pool settings that you want it to mine to. After that you simply enter the proxies IP and port (IP:Port) as the pool in the miner and the miners will connect to the xmrig-proxy.

does gpu miner support socks5 proxy with auth ?

Not currently no, though I am probably planning to add it.

One more question..Is the GPU miner handling the Kawpow algorithm able to support unauthenticated SOCKS5 proxies like xmrig?
No I'll have to build that into it.
