Huh, the installer should put it there, provided you ticked the checkbox option.

Thank you for your comment.
I am naive of cura-build. So, it is hard to figure out your commemt for me.
If available, it will thank if you explain it in detail.
For example, pls tell me the procedure I have to do, or where / what kind of the installer should I put it on cura-buld folders.

What we do is this: https://github.com/Ultimaker/cura-build/blob/master/CMakeLists.txt#L611
It basically calls on a program called NSIS to create an installer for us. This installer is used for a lot of applications, and it should provide a checkbox with the option to create a link to the program in the start menu.

When you tick that checkbox, it should create a hyperlink (like you do when you right click the file and create a link there). It should put the hyperlink in %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Cura. That's when it appears in your start menu.

I am so appreciated for your details.
I understood the function of NSIS and the installer (Cura-master.0.0-master-win32.exe) created by it.
Then, according to your comment, this installer has to provide a checkbox with option to create a link for me to tick that checkbox. However, I can't find out any checkbox, while I am executing this installer. Instead, it asks to me just the location of installing folder and the selection of start menu folder for the shortcut icon of the program.

Is there something wrong in my installer (Cura-master.0.0-master-win32.exe)?
As I mentioned before, there was no error while making this package.
How can I do in order for this installer to provide me of a chekbox and start to launch cura.exe.
Thanks.

and the selection of start menu folder for the shortcut icon of the program.

This is what I thought you meant. Isn't that correct? Isn't it creating a shortcut icon in that start menu folder?

Yes, it is.
A shortcut icon was created in that start menu folder. However it didn't work when I click the shortcut icon. There is not any response at all. In that start menu folder, there are 4 icons like "Cura Development Resoures", "Cura Online Decumentation", "Unistall" and "Cura master.0.0" which is the shortcut icon I mentioned.
Three icons out of them are working well, but only "Cura master.0.0" does not work. there is no response. Is it available that I send you my installer file (Cura-master.0.0-master-win32.exe) for you to check it, if you inform me of your e-mail address?

Hmm, no I think I understand what you mean. The link should point to Cura.exe in your installation directory.

This might be a problem of the CMake arguments you entered when building cura-build. There's a few that pertain to the version number and such. You might want to take a look at those.
