• MinGW further divided into Mingw32 & Mingw64 as it's in the name producing 32 bit and 64 bit executables respectively.

  • If you want to use the older graphics.h then go for MingW
  • If your working with something like SFML or SDL( Go for TDM GCC ) & OPENCV ( Go for MinGW-w64 )

• MSYS "MSYS is a fork of Cygwin, but it drops some of the POSIX compatibility efforts. Instead it mostly aims to allow creating native Windows program. But - they will still be dependent on a MSYS DLL being present"

• POSIX tools sufficient to enable autoconf scripts to run, but it does not provide a C compiler or a case-sensitive file system.

• Its too deep...

Could we talk on whatsapp ,if ya feel comfortable with it? Cuz I have some doubts . Actually mingw doesn't work in my pc I have tried it before many times but it didn't work that's why I downloaded mysys nd installed it
