我今天也遇到了这个问题，关闭插件后重新启用插件，可以播放，虽然视频初始化时还是有点毛病。
Chrome 19.0.1084.56 m 插件版本2.4.0.6 普通模式

某网页嵌入的youku视频，一开始会有一个请求

youku_1

该请求阻塞了大约20秒后，重新发送请求

youku_2

此次获得了响应，接着第三次请求

youku_3

至此视频播放器初始化完成，可以点击播放按钮。

前两次都没有经过插件处理，直接放行的
不过今天网络确实有点不稳定，我写的autotest的脚本总是跑到一半就挂了

我这边用了dotcloud的服务做转发模式的backend。。。刚才试了试感觉很容易timeout啊，难道是现在用这个模式的人现在多起来了负荷不了么。。。
普通模式和精简看youku倒是没什么大问题
