Solved! In MPIrisTracker.mm -> processVideoFrame, we need to specify a different MPPGraph call as follows:
[self.mediapipeGraph sendPixelBuffer:imageBuffer
intoStream:kInputStream
packetType:MPPPacketTypePixelBuffer
timestamp:[self.timestampConverter timestampForMediaTime:timestamp]];
Inputting timestamp will allow mp packets to be associated with the correct time
from mpiristracker.
