你好，基本概念没有区分，

你说的chrome进行手机调试还是停留在web app，也就是普通的html页面的调试。

而基于hbuilder+mui+nativejs开发的滴石app，虽然开发语言使用的是html+js+css，
但是开发出来的已经是一个app了，
你的问题类似与用chrome调试工具去调试一个.apk的android应用或者.ipa的ios应用，
肯定是无法调试的~

简单的说，虽然开发语言用的html+js+css，但是成品已经是一个app了~
调试请使用真机调试，
