Relative state navigation not working about angular-hybrid

I can't seem to get a plunker working with angular-hybrid so I'm not able to demonstrate the issue fully

So it's seeming like the system is trying to look at the relative state from the current one instead of the one that the ui-sref is defined in or that the $state.go is called in.

Seems like a good theory. If you can reproduce this in stackblitz, I'd be happy to take a look

I apologize for taking so long to get around to this. I took some time today to try to reproduce it. I'm failing to do so though. I have found that in my app this issue happens when I directly load into a child state. If I start from parent then go to parent.one the other links still work. But if I load right into parent.one via url, the links aren't generated on the <a ui-sref> tags until I go up to parent via ^ or something.

But in the stackblitz app I'm playing with it's working correctly. I'm going to keep trying to play with it to try and replicate my setup as close as possible but I'm just very confused.
