Running with vision occasionally got freeze about gym_torcs

Having similar behavior.
One more symptom -- more time it works (inside a binary run), more it freezing
However, I don't see memory growth which I would expect to see with memory leak

I also encountered the same problem.
The problem I found is that the function "visionUpdate()" is called too many times inside ReMange().
And, it will greatly affect the performance when vision is ON.

Simply comment the visionUpdate() line and add "if (getVision()) visionUpdate();" to "vtorcs-RL-color/src/libs/raceengineclient/raceengine.cpp#L846"
