What to do with name clashes with fact constants? about uframeit

Based on decision in latest meeting:

• invariant: all MMT URIs (to constants, problem, solution theories) should only be used as opaque objects ("handles") by the game engine.
• hence, just generate fresh/random identifiers

I'll close this issue when this is implemented.

If the game engine communicates a new fact, how should we name the constant in the situation theory?

We now generate a random new name.

If we apply a scroll, how should we name the pushout-generated constants?

That's okay since pushouts always lead to new theories and MMT can very well disambiguate facts (constants) with same name from different theories.
