It's very unlikely that this is due to this extension since it's happening in a process that the extension does not touch or use, so I'm closing this.
This function should be always be defined in WebKit.WebContext, unless there's some problem with your setup or the library was changed.
In my setup I have it properly exported:
grep allow_tls_certificate_for_host /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/girepository-1.0 -r
grep: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/girepository-1.0/WebKit-6.0.typelib: binary file matches
