Add Travis CI Support about baka-mplayer

I've taken some steps into getting this to work in the two branches:

One step was adding our dependencies to the travis whitelist:
travis-ci/apt-package-safelist#2162

Continuing this discussion, both packages were whitelisted and a new issue persists.

Because of this error, qt5 doesn't get installed. Initial searching doesn't look too good.
