Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately I can't replicate the result in the picture you provided – searching for the same articles gives this result on my system:

Can you send me a search URL (check that it gives the same format in incognito mode to make sure it is not dependent on your settings) or information on how you changed the display to be as above?

I will add a copy DOI button to the next version, but you can see the display of the DOI is different on my search as well, so this may not work on your system unless I can figure out why you are getting different results.

Thanks! You may try the url (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/?term=arthroplasty&sort=date&size=200). It would be the problem of my Chrome.
