第一个乱码可以通过使用非记事本的编辑器重新输入envId来解决。推测是记事本或者powershell编码问题造成的乱码。
第二个npm run deploy错误定位为单位网关的缘故。直接在控制台手动新建四个云函数，在云函数里补充package.json和utils/mailer.js这些内容，然后保存并安装依赖就可以了。等效于自动部署的最终效果。
