現時点のカラーピッカーに関するキーボード操作
- 'p'キーでカラーピッカーをON/OFF（初期位置はビュー**）
- カーソルキーでクロスカーソルを移動（1ピクセル単位）
とりあえずキーボードのみで使うことは可能な状態。
以下のような問題がある。
- クロスカーソルがビューの範囲外になってもスクロールしない
- クロスカーソルを大きく移動するのが大変

残項目だった以下の問題点を修正しました。
- クロスカーソルがビューの範囲外になってもスクロールしない
- ビューの端に近づいてさらに進もうとしたらスクロールする仕組みにした。
- クロスカーソルを大きく移動するのが大変
- SHIFT+カーソルキーで10ピクセルずつ移動するようにして解決した。
まだ操作感がしっくり来ないのですが、
機能的には実装完了したのでクローズします。
