Implementation completed.
The new color option of Vectorscope is toggled by a button which is placed on the top right corner of dialog.
The style of figure elements which includes axes, background colors and markers, was carefully adjusted for the new color mode. The intention of the style adjustment is to avoid invisibility and ambiguity and to make the figure easy to understand.
