Action does not work for private repos about manual-approval

This helped me, I had the same issue, and I found this report before I would have found #7 anyway – it was an approver I had listed who did not have write access to the repo.

Thank you! (It is also quite reassuring that the workflow will fail fast if you start assigning approvers who did not have write access.)

This is likely related to #7. Can you verify that your approvers have write permissions to the repository or org members with read permissions to the repository?
