Fix for when installed in path with spaces about wsl-autostart

Need a pull request.
I encountered the same problem on my machine whose installation path is
E:\Program Files\wslservices

[troytse]

change control.bat to:

%~d0
cd "%~p0"
for /f %%i in (commands.txt) do (wsl sudo %%i %*)

so that it works when installed under a path that constains spaces
