The document is still evolving rapidly at this point, so I am waiting for it to

I'd like to second and star this as well. It's a great document, and I
appreciate the
Wiki format for collaboration, but having a PDF download would be very nice.
(an "Export to PDF" for all Wiki pages on Google Code Project Hosting would be
nice,

@lcamtuf: a PDF won't contradict with the fact that the document is evolving
rapidly.. People will be reading your work more often if they can download it.
You can add a note that content is highly subjective to changes.. & that the
reader is advices to download the latest version (you can version you PDF
files) from the site here

I have copied all documents and paste it to Ms Word and made a PDF version of
this handbook. :)

obviously its not for commercial purpose, just for academic research.
