Support for GFMD about markdown-pdf

Yes, one goal of this project is to output to pdf something very similar (read: identical) to what would be displayed if we rendered the .md on github itself.

I plan to remove the dependency on markdown-pdf soon, and switch to a html-pdf converter, though I am having trouble finding one on npm that renders it correctly.

This removing of dependency affects the issue you raised here, though it is still a good point, and the end product should be customizable in terms of page size, etc.

If you come across such a converter please let me know!

@travs Agreed, that does seem to be the problem, and I've looked myself. Even python based renderers like pandoc have trouble with the conversion process.

It might be worth investigating whether to go straight to a postscript render for pdf's, that way it's WYSWYG.

I have changed the dependency to work with marked and a node package called html-pdf.
The rendered output seems a bit better, but text is not selectable, which is a major bummer.
Perhaps support will be added to the phantomjs library soon, and this problem would be resolved.

I haven't looked into anything rendering from postscript, have you seen anything promising in that regard?
