Accelerators before variables should fail the accelerators test about translate

Friedel committed an acceleratedvariable test. this is not the correct
solution, this should have been rolled into the variable test.

Do we still want this? I guess there are cases where you might want to accelerate a variable, such as the numbers in a recent files menu. Please close if you think we can.

While your cases are valid:

1. Accelerated number in e.g. recent files menu
2. Accelerated variable e.g. &brandShortName; for Firefox (although not quite applicable here since accelerator and variable are kept seperate)

I think still do want this. I'm concerned about catching this when its not intentional but a mistake on the part of the translator. It should raise a warning at least i.e. not make the unit fuzzy.
