#expand in .dtd is skipped about translate

Thanks for reporting this. Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be a list of all
these oddities, so good to find out about it.
Will look into a fix, although really the dtd parser is too sensitive and should
pass unexpected stuff like this straight through unchanged

This now has a test in test_dtd.py

This is now fixed in CVS, although as I said the whole dtd parser needs some
more work so we don’t have to keep on fixing these things.
There is also a test in test_po2dtd to ensure that this works through the
conversion…
