[enhancement] Tabs about traccar-web

With new architecture it shouldn't very hard, because each panel is as independent as possible from others, but I am not sure if it will be a good idea because it will slow down everything (especially if you have several tabs with map)... Anyway, I'll think about it, maybe there will be option to enable tabs or something like that...

is there how to see on map current(last) positions of all devices? I mean, not one at a time but all together.

Last positions for all devices are displayed by default, you don't need to do anything.

Yes, is as you say, sorry, I had wrong lat and lon last position data for some ID in my test environment (and traccar placed it rightly in other place at the end of the world!).
