We were thinking of second click on a selected device returns back to the map. Does that work?

Thanks for the quick response.
It would not be a bad start - but I think the option to pin the device list woudl still be helpful with single click navigation.
Imagine operating and emergency vehicle and needing to be able to quickly and dynamically change the resource your tracking or looking for. Clicking a menu / double clicking a unit / adds additional key strokes not necessary in the older interface.
In our case we have both iphones and ipads - the larger real estate screens on the ipads would allow us to pin the devices table just like the full web interface.
