libgfortran.a has no symbol about osxcross

I am getting that warnings too, but they don't cause a build failure (Ubuntu 14.10 with the 10.6 SDK).

I think the error is somewhere else.

Try

cd build/gcc-4.9.2/build
make install

Then check the whole log for errors.

Works on Ubuntu 12.04 too, but I have used gcc 4.8 instead of 4.6.3 to build gcc, maybe it matters.

It seems that gcc-4.6.3 is to be blame. Using gcc/g++ 4.8 and gcc/g++ 4.9, I successfully compiled gcc-4.7.4 cross-compiler.
