I'm assuming once the src_txt has been finished and checked for spelling/grammatical/technical errors it will be converted to .md and latex formats. It's just easier for irungentoo to write in plain text.

@Jeeppler the current plan is to get them written as fast as possible. That currently means just .txt. After they are complete, or mostly complete, they'll be translated into both .md to exist on github, as well as latex for actual readability. Neither has a timeline, and the Tox Project welcomes any PRs that translate either!

I would like to help with the translation to .md and I would consider using pandoc to create the latex/pdf version.
What is about using UML Sequenz graphics and control-flow diagrams to support the written text. Have you though about that?
Have you maybe considered using PlantUML?
