A thread should define how much time the watchdog should wait. The issue here is that different threads may have different times. If we set a watchdog with a very low time we are going to have many interruptions. It is better to set the watchdog just before scheduling the next threads. This should be done for each thread. The watchdog is disabled when a new thread is scheduled.
