Yes confirmed! I downloaded the release.zip file following your guide-tutorial.

This happens for me as well. In fact, the MediaPipe.tox is empty upon restart. I definitely, 110%, downloaded the release and not the source code. I'm on TD 2022.33910, and latest Windows 11. Downloaded release.zip from https://github.com/torinmb/mediapipe-touchdesigner/releases/tag/v0.2.1

Hey @duhglobe and @electroMedia666 sorry it took so long to get back to you - I'm on vacation at the moment.

Someone discovered this bug that is breaking the plugin on some machines, so could be worth trying the suggested patch to see if that fixes your issue #37

The goal is foe this to be easy to use on installations, so we'll roll the fix into the next release as well.

Let me know if that solves the issue you're seeing, it would be great to know if it does.

@domisjustanumber Thanks for taking some time from your vacation. I implemented the lines of code in issue #37 , but the problem persists, and nothing has appeared to change.
