tpp are standard template libraries, the class is a template, not a normal class, the other platforms should load it fine as the source points to the tpp?

There is no problem loading the library. The Ide just drops the error that it doesn't know a language called tpp. But if its intended, then fine for me ;-). Only out of intrest, what does a template library different?

the objects are created at compile time, while normal classes are created at run time

this puts most of the class on the stack rather than being dynamic in heap

plus allows a cleaner code if multiple peripherals share similar register entries
