Anyone can skip,stop,reseume,pause etc commnads event he/she is not in vc.
if anyone is not in vc and he or she types skip command the bot sends dm you have to be in vc but the song skips.

Do you know how to run the bot? I have an issue, check in issue and see if you can help me please.
