- You are to build a **RESTFUL** Web API for Library Management. - Your API should have support for **Authentication.** - Your code should follow coding best practices and principles and meet Industry standards. - You should have tests (Unit or Integration tests). - You should document your **API.** - **Clients consuming this API should be able to handle CRUD operations for Books and Customers.** - **Customers should be able to borrow Books from the Library and return it, other customers should be able to borrow a returned book.** - **If a customer borrows a book, he must return it within 14 calendar days otherwise he has to pay a penalty of 5000NGN for every additional working day i.e. Not weekends.** - **Clients should be able to see a history of all books a customer has borrowed.**
